I don't know the delivery date of my tree

Order confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the delivery date you have chosen. Please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk mail folders in case our e-mail finds its way there.

Delivery notification

An initial email reminder is sent one week before delivery.

The day before the scheduled delivery, we'll send you another e-mail and/or SMS to remind you of the date and give you a more precise time slot.

How do our deliveries work?

Our delivery rounds are prepared the day before, based on orders received up to two days before the round. It is therefore impossible for us to know when the delivery driver will arrive in advance.

Delivery notification:

The day before delivery, we will send you a second e-mail and/or SMS to inform you of a more precise time slot.

I don't have a return date for my tree

Delivery by Planzer

If your tree was delivered by Planzer in a large white bag, then the return must be scheduled with the Post Office's Pick @ Home service. You'll find the return label and all the necessary information on the instruction leaflet that came with the tree on delivery.

Check your order confirmation for

The return date you selected is shown in the confirmation e-mail. If no date is shown, the return has not been selected. In this case, please contact us so that we can arrange a collection.

Return notification

Just before Christmas, you will be notified by e-mail of the date on which your tree is to be returned. A second notification is also sent to you the day before the return.

I will not be able to be present at the time of delivery

No one will be present at the time of delivery

In case of absence, the delivery person will leave the tree in front of your door, or at any other location you indicated when ordering.

Indicate a secure drop-off location

If you have a safe place where we can drop off your tree (such as a garage, terrace or trusted neighbor's house), please let us know in advance. When you place your order, you can specify delivery instructions in the comments section or contact us directly to give us this information.

Receipt by a third party

If a member of your family, a friend or a neighbor can receive the tree for you, please inform us by providing their contact details. Please ensure that the designated person is aware of and available on the scheduled delivery date.

Re-delivery

If none of these options is possible and we are unable to deliver your tree on the scheduled date, we will attempt to reschedule a new delivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

My tree has not been delivered

The delivery driver didn't show up

Our delivery rounds sometimes last until 7pm. Depending on unforeseen circumstances, it is sometimes possible for the deliveryman to come a little later than the time indicated.
